Scope Of Warranty

(1) How long is this warranty valid– The machine is under warranty for 12 months from one month after delivery or two days after installation and commissioning whichever is earlier.

(2) What is covered under warranty–  All parts and components are covered under warranty.

(3) Which parts are not covered in this warranty– The parts which are not covered under Warranty are Electric Motor, Gas Regulator, and Flexible Gas Pipe for connecting the machine to the gas cylinder and consumables like (grease andlubricantoil).

(4) When cmc is started– CMC (Comprehensive annul maintenance contract) is provided after completion of warranty period.

(5) What is the scope of warranty?

• The buyer is advised to make provision for space, gas connection, and electricity connection and exhaust system etc. in advance before delivery of machine.
• Once the machine is delivered at buyer’s site, safety and security of machine is buyer’s   Any damage done to the machine will not be covered under warranty.
• Response to the complaints will made in 24-28 hours in local/NCR and 48-72 hours in outstation calls if the complaints are registered during office hours which is 9am-5.30 pm.
• The warranty will be void if the damage is accidental or because of negligence.
• The faults caused by fire, Natural calamities such as Floods, Rains, Earthquake, Sabotage, Intentional tempering and any act of terrorism etc. will not be covered under the warranty.
• In case of replacement of any component Electrical / Mechanical. You will be returning the faulty component to the supplier.
